planks rule

So I've been wanting to add this to my collection for a while now.  Yesterday I finally got the chance to build my latest sign.  Yes, I said build!  I got to play with my saw and drill more than usual and it was fun!

This is the first in the "planks rule" collection.  This piece measures 2 feet x 2 feet square and is put together with 7 planks of wood and connected on the back.  I can add wire if you would like to hang.  I imagine it as a leaner of sorts but I aim to please...

These rules have a sage green background peeking through the brown that has been sanded back under the white text.

I think its a great reminder of what is important in your home...for your kids and yourself. :)

Well, its official. We have an Etsy Shop...and by we I mean me. I'm the creator, the painter, the laborer, the marketer, the secretary...and I love it.

love is in the air...

Where has January gone?! My favorite month is coming...Valentine's Day, my birthday...what could be better? Oh yeah, this year I'm running a 1/2 marathon on my birthday and I've only recently become a runner...sheesh. What am I thinking? Oh well, for now lets focus on cute Valentine fun, shall we?

some signs of happiness...

So its been less than a week since we've been existence...and I feel so much love! I've got over 60 fans on Facebook and I've gotten emails asking for custom orders and wanting me to create just for them. I would count that as successful! Thanks so much for all the kind words and encouragement.
